Living in midtown with its smaller historic homes, one question we get often is regarding adding a master quite to the attic space. You bet we can.
This home, located in a historic district, was limited in the way we could disturb the exterior look of the building. Tucking a small and discreet dormer at the rear of the property, we were able to utilize an additional 700 square feet for a new master bedroom, master bath, master closet and office/sewing area. Storage was maintained in the low-height areas through a multitude of low access doors.
