dakinstreet provides the following services,
but we're pretty flexible to veer off the list:

Full architectural design services. This includes many aspects and varies
from project to project, depending on the client's needs. dakinstreet partners
with a dependable team of consulting engineers to facilitate the mechanical,
electrical, plumbing , structural, civil and landscaping needs. If the client
desires, LEED consultants can also be involved in the project.

Interior Design. If you're looking to renovate an existing interior space, or have
a new space you'd like assistance on, we can examine the space and work with
you to come up with the ideal solution for your needs. This service includes 3D
renderings to give you a sense of the space prior to signing off on it.

Concepts for Fundraising. Sometimes conceptual plans and rendered
images are all you need in the interim while funds are raised for a project. We
can tailor a package to fit your needs and budget.

Permit Documents. Sometimes all you need or want is a bare-bones set of
documents in order to submit to the City for permitting. We can do that too.

Documentation of existing properties for record use.

Graphics of all types including signage, stationery, business cards,
logos, etc.
